The SCS trilogy 2008-2010 - “Endangered Wildlife”

The mountain gorilla is one of the most endangered large mammals of our planet. By improving the managing of water resources along the Nile in Uganda, around the Bwindi Impenetrable Forest, the Swarovski Water School aims to benefit the inhabitants and wildlife – including the endangered gorillas.

In this fascinating rendition, designer Anton Hirzinger has created two unique, exceptionally brilliant, crystal figurines in fully faceted Black Diamond crystal. The gorilla mother and her baby represent gentle nurturing and caring whilst making quite an imposing statement.

Annual Edition 2009 Gorillas

Sensitive, social and large - gorillas are fascinating creatures. Now replicated in Black Diamond crystal, the Annual Edition 2009 Gorillas - mother and cub - shine in all their glory. Their eyes gleam in Jet crystal, while the hands and feet shine in unfaceted crystal.

Gorilla Cub

This bundle of mischief comes in faceted Black Diamond crystal. While the hands and feet gleam in unfaceted crystal, the eyes shine innocently in Jet crystal. The SCS member exclusive Gorilla Cub is available only in 2009 and complements the Annual Edition Gorillas.
